weight watchers no count help please

Right looking in my shopping guide it says that heinz cream of chicken soup 1/2 can is free on no count - i take it if it's free for half a can it's free for a full one?

I think it means the half fat cream of chicken soup, and yes , you can have the whole can (or two if still hungry)
