I have been dieting on and off since Jan and have managed to lose 23lbs so far. I have got 7lbs to go and have set myself the taregt of doing it by half Term (26th October for us). I have done it so far by eating less, doing more exercise and upping my protein intake, but my enthusiasm is waning
. I look better than I did, and the last 7lbs is probably not going to make that much difference, so I am finding it hard to get motivated.
Yesterday I decided that I would commit to the following:
- Shredding (only Levels 1 and 2!) every day
- Swimming 3x week
3 1200 calories on MFP
for 5 weeks and hopefully that will get me there, or thereabouts!
Anyone else up for it?!
