20 pounds to lose !!
Any advice for a newbie VERY welcome.
I ve gone off what I ve found out on the Internet and will be eating for my first 5 days pure protein , fat free cottage cheese and yoghurts- and the oat bran.
Are there any good app s for I phone for ? ( I d like something that allows me to track weight loss too )
I have 8 weeks to lose 20 pounds - is this realistic on Dukan ?
