Sorry if this is not the right place to post this..
I have crept up to a size 14 recently and had a shock when I actually looked at myself properly in the mirror! Most of the extra weight I have is around my stomach/love handles/muffin top/whatever its called area.
I am a lone parent so cardio type exercise is not something I can get out to do regularly, but my boyf has offered to babysit for 15 minutes once a week, and I should be able to fit in 2 more short runs too.
My worry is that the runs will literally be 15 mins, 3 times a week. Will this, combined with cutting out all the junk food I eat (which is a fair bit tbh..) actually make any difference to my weight? I have never dieted before so Im unsure.
Any advice would be appreciated.
