I have a half a stone to lose which might not be a lot but it's usually not that easy to shift. I have my gym programme and I'm not looking for any drastic diets.however I know from experience that small changes to my diet made a lot of difference in a not so long run.
Today I fancied some dips and I picked some hummus and sour cream. I looked again at the shelf to see tzatziki and lo and behold they had half calories less than the sour cream. What other substitutes can you recommend?
