The ZWOWs (Zuzana's workout of the week - I think) are meant to be repeated how ever many times that week you want to do. I want to do it every day this week. She does a new one each week. She is easiest to find on Facebook.
I have done them before and got nicely toned from her but haven't had the motivation in a while.
Who'll do it with me?
For me it's about toning and strength but people seem to be losing weight too.
