DP and I have set the date for the 7th of December next year and I am determined to be in a size 12 dress. I've dieted to the extreme in my teenage years and went from a size 18 to a size 8. However one DS later I'm now a size 22 and really don't want to go to the extremes I did last time (never consumed more than 600 calories per day, 6/7 high impact, 2-3 hour long gym sessions per week etc). Can anyone recommend a nice, easyish diet to follow that DP and I can manage without feeling too deprived? I'm tempted by WW/SW as I think a weekly weigh in done in front of other people might provide some motivation.
