I need help with
breakfasts as always - am NOT good in the morning and am only on week 2 of proper, cannot be late,school run mornings.
I have one of those kegs of whey powder but not sure if it is low carb enough - if I find it online will one of you tell me if it is or not, please?
I need to get some meal plans together for the first few days and maybe do some preps (e.g. those egg/sausage mc muffin things from IPD)
OH yes, and ave massive refurb/renovations going on and likely during october which is when I want/need to be boot camping, I will be sans kitchen
Oh and another thing I Mumsnet work in the evenings and am up late and get peckish and so need something snacky for then that won't undo all my hard work...
Am up late catching up with rest of life on the nights I don't work so usually not in bed much before this time.
TIA bootcampers
Also how far into bootcamp can we have booze - tis my birthday 4 weeks in....

oh I am hungry at breakfast I am mostly ready to eat all the time Just don't have time to do bacon & eggs etc.... (which is my preference) so did try the whey powder before...
We do have a microwave and the freezer isn't in the kitchen so can hopefully plan ahead.
Am I right in remembering that we're meant to be avoiding sausages....?
