I discovered this online , I don't know if it works, so want advice from anyone who has tried it - it doesn't appear to have a downside!
day 1 - Breakfast - sausage and egg mcMuffin
dinner - KFC tower burger, wings, family bucket, and strips - eat your kids meals too, waste not want not
tea - Big Mac Meal , M Burger, chicken selects x 10 , 20 munuggets, washed down with a few cans from the McOfflicence near by
tea 2 - see above
tea 3 - pub
repeat for a month and blink and you miss it because your style is so effortless but suddenly ok magazine are asking for your permission to photoshop kiera knightley's head onto YOUR glorious body cause SHE'S the fat one, paying your royalties to be the new face of fitness mags, you're turning down such requests left right and centre, you have a new mansion and a toyboy 20 years your junior and suddenly you're offered a leading film part and hollyoaks want you to be the new tart who gets off with all the ex corrie boys
..........I'm on day 3, I'm a bit nervous about day 30 - what on earth am I doing wrong?
