:(

Its not my first time on WW, I've succesfully done it before but I guess I'm just not in the zone.

My kids aren't back at school till Monday so thats an issue (they ask for stuff constantly so can't avaoid the kitchen)

To be brutally honest, I'm a pig, I just stuff my face with boredom then hate myself :(

I'm dreading weigh in as I'm going to have done shite and I'm so fed up with myself and embarressed.

Could you try the new filling and healthy option? I lost weight ages ago with the points system but am back to lose me baby weight and am 30lbs down with between 9-14lbs to go. I have used the f&h option most of the time because when I was bfeeding I was starving constantly and you can eat as much of certain foods as you need. Also like you, I stuff myself without thinking so I could have stuff like ww bread toasted or their bagels. I found it easier time wise as there is no weighing.
Stick with it, it is really hard, especially when you are not 'in the zone', this week is a bit like that for me but you will get there. You might only lose half a pound to a pound a week but this time next year you could be between 2 or 4 stone down!

What makes you think you're having a bad week? are you pointing everything and using your weeklies? I only ask because I have been a ww member on and off for 18months. siging up online then cancelling it because i wasnt in the 'zone'. With the new pp system i was either starving myself using only my dailies or would binge but not track and right it off. It was only when in march i satrted writing down every morsal that went in my mouth, even if i thought id had a bad day i still tracked and was sometimes surprised, that it started working for me. Im now 5lbs off 3 stone and a size 8 from 16. Your week may not be as bad as you think x x

It is tough when the kids are off and its hard to get into a routine, but honestly you will feel ten times better about yourself when you start to see the WW plan working , so put today behind you and get organised for tomorrow by planning exercise / low PP meals for yourself

If you have done WW before you will know that no one does the whole programme without having weeks where they struggle and put on weight.. tell yourself that its just that your bad week was week 1!

If you know its boredom that makes you eat, do something else.. even if its the ironing!
