Cappuccino calories?!

I'm confused.

According to the Weight Watchers web site, when made with skimmed milk a medium latte has 1 point, a mocha has 2 points and a cappuccino has 3.5 - how is that possible? Are they assuming that a cappuccino will have sugar added? Surely it's the same amount of milk as a latte, except that half of it's frothed. Am I missing something?

Using the Eating Out guide: a capp from caffe Nero with skimmed is 1PP (regular size) latte the same, mocha is 4PP. At Costa, med, skimmed capp is 3, latte primo is 2, mocha primo is 4. Seems to vary depending where you go.

Starbucks tall skimmed cappucino 2PP, tall latte skimmed 3PP. These are the nearest matchest to the ones you have listed. Starbucks only do mochas with cream and stuff, making them point heavy, but they have cafe misto with skimmed for 1PP for tall. No idea what that is...

Does that help any OP?
