Supplements for low carb dieters

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me what supplements, if any, I should take? I've been low carbing for a few weeks on and off and really noticing I'm not getting my five a day. Do I need to make up for the lack of fruit in particular?

You could take an anti-oxidant supplement.
Also, berries are pretty harmless from a low carb POV, especially blueberries, rasps, blackberries and cherries.
Sweet potatoes are surprisingly slow-releasing.
Drink green tea and hot water with lemon juice.

Five a day is a marketing tool anyway, so don't worry about keeping to that.

Berries are fine on low carb as long as you're not in a strict phase and you don't overdo them! But low-carb should include plenty of green veg and salad anyway, so you shouldn't be missing out on anything vitamin-wise as long as you're eating that. Personally I would avoid sweet potato (the clue is in the name...)

I take a basic multivit but more out of habit than anything else. Remember, there's nothing in fruit that you can't get from veg - except sugar!

Thanks, that's very useful!
