need to lose weight before my hols at the end of october. Have previously done WW and lost wieght but i dont want to have to count calories or weigh things constantly etc. i know the basics so think i can lose weight again. my problem is that i crave carbs after a couple of days. also i am not very immaginitve when it comes to cooking. Can anyone recommend any recipies that are quick to make or can be made in advance and frozen and that are very healthy but filling? (i dont like fish or red meat)
