Any ideas?
I'm doing 5:2 but probably being stricter on feed days than normal, partly because I want to lose weight fairly quickly and partly because I can (nowhere near as hungry on feed days so making the most of it).
Definitely getting thinner. Can feel it, the mirror tells me so and clothes are looser.
But after losing about 5lb I seem to have stalled weight wise. How can that be?? I do next to no exercise so it's not to do with muscle!
