What is the general thought re 5/2 diet?

five days eating normally and 2 days limiting yourself to 600 calories?

any views or experiences on this?

Personally i dont think diets like this are not healthy at all restricting yourself to 600 calories is not good for your body better to slightly reduce calories over 6 or 7 days and exercise.

I regularly forget to eat which means I'm probably doing a couple of days a week on about 6-700 calories. I don't know if it's a wise lifestyle choice though, I regularly feel like crap.
