I have just realised that the only trousers that fit me are my size 18 jeans from gap which are very stretched - cann't get into anything else and have big bits of flab everywhere Sad feel miserable Sad just can't seem to stop eating but really must do something about this. any ideas other than getting off mny fat ar*e and doing some exercise Grin seriously could do with some mutual support girls so if anyone else is trying to lose maybe we could egg each other on a bit?????

I know hoe you're feeling...when I gave birth to my daughter, I promised myself I would go straight on a diet and loose 4.5 stones of flab that I had put on. She's just had her 1st birthday and I weigh 2 pounds more than I did two weeks after the birth! Am doing Slimming World now and trying my hardest for the summer. Could definatley do with a bit of mutual support:o

how are you going to do it? Would joining a club work?
I go to slimming world, only way for me. I am heading out of my size 18s now which is good. Got down to under a 16 last summer, so I am aiming for the same this year. And then staying there instead of putting weight back on!

I'm going to the meetings. Tried Weight Watchers last year but I was just never full! I think that Sliming World will work if i can just knuckle down to it. I was doing quite well, lost 9 lbs and then put 4.5 back on in one week! I've started walking in the mornings which seems to be heping. How much do you want to lose?

sorry have been away for a bit.

Have tried ww and SW in the past with not much success. To be honest I just used to save my points for unhealthy stuff and also ate when I wasn't hungry just because I had pionts left over to spend. Having read the other thread on here I think I will go to Rosemary Conley, ast least then I have to exercise once a week. I now weigh more than I did after having my daughter Blush and am finding it hard to walk up stairs etc so must do something.
