I am 5ft 6 and weigh 10 stone. I am skinny all over apart from my stomach. Even I admit I look pregnant by the end of the day. I have had 2 c-sections and my last one was 18 months ago. I just cant get rid of the flab....help please anyone. Do I need to diet, exercise or both?

SOrry to be blunt, but is it flab or bloat? If it's the latter, cutting down on bread in particular, but all things made with white flour and refined sugars should help. Might be worth taking a probiotic too.

Maybe try something like James Duigan's lean and clean - keep the kcals at normal levels though as you don't want to lose weight. Doing progressively harder plank evericises might help as well. In the mean time - you know what Gok says about good underwear!

I've just started Jillian Michael's 6 Week 6 Pack dvd as I have the same problem as you. Lots of exercises targeted at the stomach area and only takes 30 mins.

I'm in a similar boat to you, except my csection was nearly six years ago (had a vbac three years ago) and I'm getting really sick of it. I've recently discovered I have diastasis recti - separation of the stomach muscles. I'm going to try the Tupler technique (there have been threads on this here before if you do a search). Maybe check your stomach to see if you've got it?
