did you notice a difference in your measurements/how your clothes fitted or did you just see a difference on the scales? I'm asking because I need to drop a bit of weight fast or rather I need to drop a couple of inches fast and having dabbled a bit previously with Dukan I'm thinking this is the best way - I don't care if my weight stays the same to be honest, could just do with a particular dress being a little loser in the hip and thigh area
