I feel like I have been eating so much rubbish and my belly needs to be cleared out.

I am thinking if doing a detox, but I don't want to be hungry all the time!

Any ideas on a sensible detox plan?

I'm thinking about this:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - salad/soup/ sandwich
Dinner - same as above
Snacks- fruit/yogurt

What do you think?

I need to kick start a bit of a health fest too I have been eating out and over doing it basically for about a month. I feel podgy and a bit sick! That sounds good basic food and no alcohol is the way to go,I really need a boot up the bum.

Personally, I avoid bread. Its my weakness!

Breakfast
Kallo rice puffs with rice milk (actually, thats my breakfast regardless of detox) with some of this sprinkle stuff

Lunch and dinner
Steamed chicken or beans
with
Salad or steamed veg.

Snacks
Raw veg
left over steamed chicken
Occasional egg (maybe two a week)

Drink
Water
Decaf green tea

I incorporate Chia seeds as much as possible, and some Spirulina too, all year round.

Carol Vorderman's 28 day detox is a great one. I've done it before and you feel brilliant after it, all 'clean' inside. Smile
It's a healthy one too, none of this just living on juices and smoothies stuff, which I don't think is healthy - this plan is basically just cutting all junk and processed food/meat/dairy out, and replacing with things like soya or rice milk, and pasta and rice replaced with stuff like millet, quinoa, and wheat free pasta.
Seeing as I can't have any dairy anyway, this plan is perfect for me and I've never felt healthier than when I was following it!
