I need to lose about 4 stone, and read about this in a magazine. Has anyone tried the slim pod ?

Yes. Doesn't work for me.
None of the hypnotherapy/NLP type weight loss systems seem to help me. I've tried Paul McKenna, two Slimpods and the Virtual Gastric Hypnoband and they don't seem to have any effect on me whatsoever. I don't understand it because they do appear to work for some people. I'm beginning to wonder if I've got some serious food (sugar) addiction going on....
I think the Slimpods are expensive for what they are - usually about 8 minutes long and £30 each. But if it does help with weight loss I suppose in the long run it's not that expensive at all.

Hi, I have also tried the hypno route, didn't work for me either, so guess the slim pod is not worth the money.
Thinking of trying the 5:2, I have been watching the posts..
Did anything work for you ?
