Hello, DP and me are both trying to lose half a stone. He's an average height man, weighing 11.5 stone now. Myfitnesspal gave him a daily calorie goal of 1270 (only a few cals over my goal)... he nearly passed out today trying to stick to it!... then when I checked online the minimum daily calorie intake for a man, even when dieting, is 1800.
What's going on here? Anyone know what the 'right' goal should be? He wants to lose about a pound a week or so.
