Please help my wobbly inner thighs!

Morning! Have decided to try and focus on toning up my inner thighs as although I have accepted that 3 DC later my body isn't ever going to look the same again, I would really like my inner thighs to not wobble so much when I walk! So, does anyone have any ideas of how I could achieve this? I own Jillian Michaels Six week six pack but have found that it hasn't really done much for my thighs. Is there any of her other DVDs that target this problem area? Or any specific exercises that I can do? Thanks if you've got this far. :)

I have same issue - I cycle a lot so my quads are great, but somehow my inner thighs seem to miss out on the toning!

I got an exercise for them at a class which involved lying on your side and raising the leg which is nearest the floor. no. 1 of these exercises Ooh, number 6 looks doable too!

Mind your back tho'! [mother gimmer]

Any ballet type routine.
Rent some from Lovefilm - they do vary a lot so see what you're happy with.

Try this. put your feet on the side of 2 chair legs, slightly of the ground and squeeze inner thighs together.

does that make sense?

I know how you feel i need to lose weight especially my thighs they are so big there is no gap between them :-( squats are great for legs bums and tums. If you have enough cash take horse riding lessons it will give you very strong muscular thighs

I don't worry about the size of my thighs. I figure they are masked by my saggy boobs and mummy tummy!

This is one of my problem areas too.
I found swimming breaststroke quite helpfull.
I have also just started doing sumo squats with weights. It's too early to have any results, but I did feel it.

Ah thanks so much for the replies and the ideas! Like you Ooer I do quite a lot of cycling in the hope that it will help my inner thighs but to no avail. I like the idea of swimming tho - and breaststroke was my favourite stroke too. I might try some sumo squats too when I'm in the gym as they look like they will target the right area. Dr Seuss I've given up and accepted my mummy tummy as I can't shift it but I keep trying on my thighs for a bit longer! If all this fails I'll just have to invest in 2 giant bulldog clips for a DIY inner thigh lift!
