After the birth of my second child 10 month ago ive slimmed from 11.5 stone to 9.0 stone ive been using davina ultimate body dvd and claire richards dvd other than that im pretty much sedentary and eating normal diet of breakfast, lunch and dinner but cutting out all rubbish and limiting coffee and alcohol. The area ive always struggled with and still am is the muffin area my waist below ribcage is pretty slim but from tummy button and under it goes right out and i cant seem to shift it, when i sit down i can grab handfulls of fat from here. Im not sure what clothes size i am now i wear a 12 but ive not bought clothes for years and unsure what current fashion should look like on! so maybe 10-12? my measurements are bust - 35" waist under ribcage - 271/2" waist below tummy button - 35" hips/fullest part of bum - 37"

any idea how to slim this stubborn area, better dvds? diet change? my average daily food consumption is
breakfast - 2 weetabix with semi skimmed
lunch - ham/turkey sandwich and some grapes/strawberries or an apple
dinner - whatever family are having so casserole, stews, curry etc portions reduced slightly for me.
I drink water, 1-2 coffees a day and diet soda in evenings

first post in here so looking forward to tips :)

6 week 6 pack ( jillian michaels) is brilliant. I'm doing it at the moment though I've not done it for the last few days. Has made a real difference in 3 weeks though I still have a way to go.
