I have been overindulging due to summer holidays treats and relaxing. My clothes are too tight. I need to sort it out before buying new jeans etc for winter so am starting MFP today.

I weigh 11st 9 (v.snug size 12) and want to be 10st (size 10/12). That's 23lbs to lose and i'm aiming to get it done in about 10 weeks so that's by halloween! How apt!

If anyone wants to join me in a bit of pre-autumn fat fighting please do Grin

maddie, I like the Olympics and think people look much nicer than fashion models! it makes me want to do more sport.

I do feel I am on a different planet from most of you, as I'm over 6ft and quite active (sport 4 times a week), to maintain my weight I need 2500 cals, and to lose a bit 2000!!! (1200 woudl be starvation for me). And somehow it is hard to judge portions etc. I eat about twice as much as my size 6 non-active 5ft best friend! Somehow confusing.... I always feel so blimming greedy.

Had a good day yesterday though, only "bad" food was a mini mars bar.

Ha ha Maddie. I balanced mine out. For every time I sat watching healthy people stuff their faces, I then sat watching Food Network while peddaling on my exercise bike. Grin
