cant do the gym (time and money) and dont want to do the shred every night.

i am thinking twenty mins every second day- i am not after a miracle just more toned saddlebags and inner thighs. they are out of proportion to rest of me so even if i lose weight they stay. thanks!

20 mins every second day wont make any difference tbh.........if you want results you have to work really hard to get them IMO

Exercises to target lbt could be

Squats
Lunges
Plié squats (sp?)
Sumo squats
Plyometric lunges
Plyometric squats
For a bit of cardio as well burpees or jacks are good too

As for 20 min every other day that might not be enough everyone's different

Also do you have sky?! There's a couple of fitness channels that have various workouts. Search the leg ones sky+ them for when u have time

krisskross · 22/08/2012 15:05

i know that 20 min a day isnt much- but at least i am not eating choc in front of corrie for that 20 min!! . i have sky + so will look into that- can you tell me names of any channels mellie?
