Is WW online any good?

A friend of mine at works swears by it and has lost a stone since Jan but I don't see what you are paying for, iyswim. Anyone done it?

I'm doing WW online. I find the online resources useful, e.g posting my weight loss and following the graphical representation, finding points online, finding recipes and inspiration etc. I suppose you don't need to pay for this kind of thing but as I know I'm paying, I make more of an effort to stick to the diet.

It is cheaper than going weekly. Depends whether you have the will power to do it 'alone'. I need the support of the meeting. I have free esource as I was a Leader, and it is brilliant. I just can't do it myself...I need nagging!
