WW points question

Hi am just starting back on WW after having DC3. Does anyone know how many daily pro points you can have if you have 3 stone to lose ? Target weight is 8 stone 6.

I think most people get 29pp per day. You get a weekly allowance of 49pp. If you're breast feeding you get more.

I'm 5' 4" and have about 2 stone to lose - I get 29pp plus 14pp extra per day as I'm EBF 11 week old DD.

I've just rejoined ww 2 weeks ago, and the new standard pp amount is 26 pp per day, with 49 weeklies. I was 11 stone 5 starting, height 5'8".

I think they changed the standard lowest pp from 29 about a year ago, as it plainly wasn't going too well for the majority.

I joined ww online, and it's the first time ive ever tracked consistently, and the first time I've ever given up wine ( apart from Fri and Sat -let's not get carried away!).

I've lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks, 10 days, in fact. I got up one Tuesday morning and weighed myself and nearly fell of the scales, so grabbed my wallet, got back into bed and joined ww online. I made my weigh in day Friday morning, so I could use my weeklies over the weekend and make the most effort over the weekdays. I was down 3 pounds by the Friday morning!

I have to say, I'm extremely motivated though. I have my 40th birthday coming up and I had to buy a size 14 dress for the party( because of the 11 stone 5 thing!) and 10st10 is my normal size 12 weight.

I run regularly, but always put up a bit in the summer with holidays and the kids being off and not running (DH works away)
Anyway, I got a teenager to come everyday to babysit, and I run 5 miles every day (7 days a week!!) and I've had to get the dress taken in, and I Totally gave up eating any of the kids leftovers and the 7 o clock glass of wine.. I have a friend who says wine is liquid cake- unfortunately I think she might be right!

So worth it. Party is in 2 weeks and I'm all set!

thanks both. Wow 26 points now! I was hoping that as I had more to lose than last time I would get MORE than 29 points. I am struggling with 29 tbh but as I'm coming off pregnancy, breastfeeding levels I am using my weeklies as dailies at the moment so averaging 35-36 rather than big blow outs with plan to getting to 29 points next week but 26...oh my lord. I LOVE the 7pm wine...

Any tips stormywave. How do construct a day's eating with just 26 points ?

Well done on the running. I will get back into that when I get the first stone gone..I have to be very careful with my knees and don't want to overdo the pressure

Stormy wave good plan to get it sorted now though. I've had weight to lose after each pregnancy and have found it increasingly hard. Am now in early 40s and it feels like shifting concrete.
