I've just rejoined ww 2 weeks ago, and the new standard pp amount is 26 pp per day, with 49 weeklies. I was 11 stone 5 starting, height 5'8".
I think they changed the standard lowest pp from 29 about a year ago, as it plainly wasn't going too well for the majority.
I joined ww online, and it's the first time ive ever tracked consistently, and the first time I've ever given up wine ( apart from Fri and Sat -let's not get carried away!).
I've lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks, 10 days, in fact. I got up one Tuesday morning and weighed myself and nearly fell of the scales, so grabbed my wallet, got back into bed and joined ww online. I made my weigh in day Friday morning, so I could use my weeklies over the weekend and make the most effort over the weekdays. I was down 3 pounds by the Friday morning!
I have to say, I'm extremely motivated though. I have my 40th birthday coming up and I had to buy a size 14 dress for the party( because of the 11 stone 5 thing!) and 10st10 is my normal size 12 weight.
I run regularly, but always put up a bit in the summer with holidays and the kids being off and not running (DH works away)
Anyway, I got a teenager to come everyday to babysit, and I run 5 miles every day (7 days a week!!) and I've had to get the dress taken in, and I Totally gave up eating any of the kids leftovers and the 7 o clock glass of wine.. I have a friend who says wine is liquid cake- unfortunately I think she might be right!
So worth it. Party is in 2 weeks and I'm all set!
