Title says it all really? I have already bought the DVD but Im digging around for motivational stories! I do not have much weight to lose, but im hoping to tone my wobbly bits x

I've only tried level one so far, but I've done many exercise DVDs in my time and this one is well constructed, it is intense enough to get your heart rate up well, and i'm sure if done regularly it will work to tone you up. It does say that you need to reduce your energy intake a little if you want to lose all the weight claimed on the packaging- but exercise DVDs always say that anyway!!

Oh, and my suggestion (FwIW) is that it's easiest to stat motivated if you have a bit of variety, so try swapping this with a lighter-hearted DVD for days when you are less motivated but want a bit of a rhumba. Something like Mr Motivator BLT or tae Bo type can give you a
Break from the shred, and you can usually pick them up online for a few pounds if yOu use the secondhand sellers on playdotcom
Or amazondotcodotuk.

I lost 3.5 kg within a month using the Shred. I will be doing it again when I have had my baby. It is fantastic.

I lost 2 kg over 3 weeks. I'm still On level 1 as doing 4-5 days in a row then a long break. TBH a degree of starvation has helped too :)

I have got the shred, and ripped in 30, and killer buns, no more trouble zones. I think that they are really great. Jillian pushes me harder than I would push myself at the gym.
I haven't lost alot of weight doing them say apx half a stone (I would like to lose another half or more) but they have toned me up. In the last 4/5 months of doing them,( I do them about 4 times a week,) I have lost 2cm form each of my thighs, about 2cm from my hips. Not really anything from my waist or bust but that's fine by me. My stomach is flatter if not smaller.

I think the buzz I get from doing them and feeling that I'm doing something good is a real motivator. Don't get too hung up on weight measure yourself is the best way to know real results.

Thanks everyone, very excited to give the thirty days a good go. If I stick to this I am going to reward myself with one of the other dvds mentioned! xx
