Is anyone else watching the Biggest Loser USA on Pick TV?

What do you think?

I am Not doing what those guys are doing (it?s not recommended to do all that without checking with your GP!) but I am just using it for inspiration.

I watch this programme. I like certain aspects of it [the message that diet and exercise is the way to go] however I do think it's a little bit extreme.
I don't like the 'reality TV' aspects though. I hate all the crying and all the game playing. The best thing to do is record it, then FF through all the boring bits.
I agree with you, it is inspirational. It is great to see these morbidly obese people transform themselves into athletes through sheer hard work.

Yes flm I agree. I find myself crying along at times. One lady has lost her husband and two children in a car accident, or rather if I remember rightly they were killed by a speeding car.

I was very amazed when Michael set up the two teams in series 9 (I think) and it was all the heavy ones against the smaller ones, all the smaller ones were black team with Jillian and then they actually won that weigh in!!!
