Several questions please
- On ADF do you literally fast or restrict calories.
- If calories restricted, what to?
- If 5-2 are the 2 fast days to run cocurrently?
- Would fasting/restricting Monday, Wednesday and Friday work?
I am just over 11st and 5ft 3. I need to get down to 9.5 st or less. I'm 37. I am still bfing my 9m dd and she nurses 5x a day. I'm 12 on bottom but 16 tops. Carry weight on boobs (36J) and tummy.
