I have been overweight most of my adult life (now am 34). Need to lose 2 stone to be in a healthy weight range, but ideally 3 stone.

Seeing how incredible all those athletes are and the sheer determination they show I have decided that the least I can do s tackle my lifestyle once and for all!

Have decided that rather than focus on 'negative' eg, no butter, carbs etc am going to build 'positive' steps into my lifestyle. Plus nt too many at once so I don't give up.

I know no one else is on this thread but feel more determined if write it down!

So today: I will have a wine free day

And

I will walk for at least 30 minutes (especially after marathon tv watching of Olympic closing ceremony!)
