When you reach your goal weight?
Or any targets of the way there?

I've been eating healthily for 3 weeks now - no wine or 'crap' food so I need a treat !
I'm thinking of buying a new handbag
if I can drop a dress size by the end of August.
Of course being a dress size smaller is a treat in its self too :)

Just curious and would love to hear other people's success stories and rewards :)

I have two goals in mind - 1. I lost a lot of stuff in a house in a house fire, now we have the insurance money through I have a budget for shopping (£500! Squee!) but I want the clothes to be a dress size smaller. My other motivator is that we've been told ur beat chance of conceiving is via IVF but with a BMI of 30 I can't be referred. So hopefully a BFP might be anther reward!

Have your thought about doing Paul McKenna? It helps you eat wisely, eat consciously and I've found it's really helped me, more than most 'diets'. There's a support thread here Pop over and have a look!

Getting into my lovely pre ds suits!

And DH has been buying me dark bunny tshirts for a couple of years now - looking forward to having the confidence to wear one.

Hi Faith.
Yes I have the Paul cd book and log book :)
Although i haven't listened to the cd for months
I am visualising my green dress that I'd love to get back into!

I'm now in the right frame of mind for a diet and pleased that I can stick to the no wine rule!

I'm also on the 5:2 thread and it's really made me positive about my chances of success

Good luck with your goals .. It's great to have something positive to look forward to. Cross fingers for a bfp :)

A weekend in London with a spa day on saturday, a show in the evening and a shopping spree with a personal shopper on the sunday. I'm aiming to hit my target in time for my 40th birthday next year though, so it will hopefully double up as a birthday celebration.

Still have a long way to go though - several stone to drop before I get to that point!

Spa day sounds bliss! Good luck
