I have a further 7st to lose. I did really great on SW before I had my son 6m ago I lost 2 stone before I conceived. I did not gain any weight in pregnancy and have lost a further 12lb through breastfeeding so i'm close to 3 st lighter than I was 18 months ago.

I lost my job just after finding out I was pregnant. I want to go back on the diet but will not be going to classes. I find I spend quite a lot on food when I do follow the meal plans. We have £40 a week to spend on food nowadays so would like suggestions for low budget SW friendly meals.

I am being weighed once a month by a lady from a NHS weight management service for new mothers. I can increase this as part of the service to once a fortnight. I do miss the SW groups though, I found it really motivating.

I've never followed the extra easy plan, just the greeb days. Some of our neals were:
3 bean chilli & rice made with value tinned toms, value beans & kidney beans as well as a tin of chickpeas
Vegetable Stew made with a stew pack (costs about £1 and usually has a leek, swede, onion/leek and a couple of carrots)
Chips, beans & egg
Curry made with value toms & some garam masala & rice

Generally though, we eat veggie when we're strapped for cash as it's much cheaper.

Omlette is another one - just fill it with whatever is knocking around.
