Following on from my previous post on here, what do I need to know about Weight Watchers please, in one sentence?

I know Slimming World inside out & am worried my mindset is inflexible & I will question everything.

Thanks in advance.

Use the online tracker as it has pp values of everything in it.

All the green foods in sw are probably 0 pp ww food but use this tool to check.

You need to get the option whih gives you online access to their database of foods. Then you need to weigh and track, weigh and track, weigh and track. As a former sw attendee i resisted ww for years as i didnt want to bother with the faff of weighing stuff but it really isnt that big a problem.
You soon get used to how many points things are. I've been at ww since may last yr and have lost 9+stone so if you need any help give me a shout. They also have a forum on their website which is full of helpful people.

Yes if you go for monthly pass paying by dd you get website access.

Ok, thankyou for your help.

I have been referred by my GP so get the first 12 weeks at no cost as the NHS are paying for it so I'm not sure if I'll get website access.

9 stone....WOW....that is dedication. Total respect to you.

I dont think you do on referral but if you are willing to pay £15 you can get a 3 month access pass to their e-source
