Hi there,
I am trying to loose some weight over the next few months ready to try for a child towards the end of October. I have started increasing my exercise and now eating far healthier meals but I would also like to consider taking some supplements to help aid the process.
The idea first came when I started taking a multivitamin each day in the hope of improving my eczema which to some extent it has.
Can anyone suggest a range of supplements I could take to aid my weight lose (I don't want to be having more than 3/4 tablets a day though).
