Sad Because I am NOT pregnant.

Fuck fuck fuck, this confirms what I have known for about 2 years and been trying to ignore.

I am a size 18, big all over be especially my tummy. I have a 3 and 5 year old and work full time.

But I have to come up with a plan to sort this out. I have very little time for exercise as I work 4 twelve hour shifts a week and I graze all day, I have a soft spot for anything sweet or fatty.

I have tried almost everything, SW, WW etc and always do really well for a month or so, lose about a stone then fall off the wagon.

Have any of you lovely ladies any suggestions on how I can change my eating habits it particular? I have considered hypnosis but am frightened it will be a waste of money.

I am waiting for this to happen to me - it has in the past but I'm now bigger than I was last time Blush

Sometimes you need to have a moment when you realise it's time to do something about it, it's not pleasant though. I will be making notes of any suggestions you get. Smile

Low carb and portion control. My sympathies, I had a road to Damascus moment when dd was 2.5 and lost loads on ww. I was size 18 and looking down the barrel of the Evans shop window. Good luck, it is tough when they are little and you work
