I find myself snaking more, picking from their unfinished plates..tasting of their biscuits...I'm not losing anymore weight atm because I find it hard to restrain myself...Are you in the same boat ? Or am I full of excuses ?

:-) I forget i'm trying to diet like at snack time I get the kids something and me as well when I really don't need it, I think it might be partly boredom as well.

Today, I was off..and my dcs were doing activities so I was free for a couple of hours...I had a massive chocolate...went to M&S and bought a big chocolate bar..I ate it..in the street Blush...I'm still exercising which is a good thing but I'm really doing badly with the diet Sad..

I used to find it hard but then hit on the simplest idea ever - simply don't buy treat food for the kids! Sure they might complain but they don't need biscutis etc, and you can always buy other things that they like if you want to treat them (for mine it's olives and prawns!) I said to my kids that I needed their help and that I didnt want to have biscuits etc in the house anymore because it was causing me a problem. It made their diets much better too They still get a cake or whatever when we're out but indoors their snacks are now healthy things like fruit, piece of cheese etc. Made the world of difference - if it ain't there, you can't eat it! :)
