I've been dieting for two months and (it's felt like) I've been doing well. I'm going on holiday this weekend, seeing family I haven't seen for ages and I really wanted to feel and look good by then. I haven't been weighing myself as I was trying to get out of the mindset of making it all about the numbers, but I just did and I've only lost 6 pounds in two months. I was really hoping for more. My clothes do feel looser and I can wear a couple of pairs of old trousers I couldn't get into before but I'm clearly not the sylph like creature I had visions of going on holiday. Can anyone empathise!!

You've done fab! 6lbs is 3 x 1kg bags of sugar, seriously next time your in a supermarket pick up 3 bags at once, you will be surprised at how much it is.

Losing it slowly is the best way IMO it will stay off that way.
