anyone on sw and shop at tescos???

anyone have any low syn ideas that i can get in tescos? i am doing mu first massive sw shop on friday and really need some ideas!

Me!! I just rejoined and I shop at Tescos. Not much use though with tesco specific stuff. I tend to go for loads of fresh fruit and veg, pasta and the like. I had Low fat Chicken Kiev tonight. A chicken breast, stuffed with some quark mixed with lazy garlic, with a jacket potato and a massive salad.

I think getting in loads of fruit so you are ready every time the snack cravings come. Also roast loads of chicken drummers and keep them in the fridge

Assuming you already have your Free and Superfree sorted, Options hot chocolate if you need that sweet chocolatey fix - or strawberries/bananas/grapes with two squares of Bourneville melted and drizzled over the top - 3 syns. Muller Lights. Low fat sausages. Keep some ham, chicken or seafood sticks in the fridge for a quick snack, if you don't fancy fruit.
