Just been out to play with the twins in the garden . Was on the trampoline for about 10 minutes doing little controlled bounces with them . I'm bloody knackered ! .
That saying something , as I'm a regular shreder and do free weights , and belly dance, and Zumba .
But omfg my legs are killing me .
It's just a thought , but does trampolining help you lose weight or just tone up ?
The neighbours must have had an eyefull , but who cares ? ...it was actually fun.
Like I said I'm quite fit , but being 36 , I've got cellulite I'd love to get rid of ...wonder if trampoline will shift it when everything else fails ? .
Has anyone lost weight with trampolining ?
