Oh yes, meant to say I have the same user name there as here!

ObviouslyOblivious · 20/07/2012 20:05

I've added you all I think (Kirisox)

Niceupthedance · 21/07/2012 07:40

Anyone want to add me? I'm SWpanda. Don't think you can add people from the app and my laptop's bust!

InMySpareTime · 21/07/2012 08:09

You can add people from the app, go to "friends" and there's a button at the bottom left that says "add friend"

InMySpareTime · 21/07/2012 09:26

I found out you can't add a pint of beer, only 12oz. How much beer is that then?
Darn American food system.

Megan74 · 21/07/2012 11:15

Hi. May I join you?I am carryonslimming. Anyone else having problemswith the MFP phone app?Mine keeps saying ti can't connect to the server.

InMySpareTime · 21/07/2012 11:22

Added you, I've had no problems with the app.

brighthair · 21/07/2012 13:52

I've added a few! Same name as here Smile

norahjonesisnotmyname · 21/07/2012 18:52

I've added a few of you but then it said I have to slow down, I'm adding too many people! If anyone wants to add me that I haven't already sent a friend request to my username is the same as here.

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 06:26

Good morning everyoneSmile
How are we all doing?
I've been on MFP since Tuesday, I've lost 2 inches from my waist but no weight yet, despite being around 2000 calories below target for the week so far. I have been surprised at how many calories I burn running up and down stairs and tidying all day at work (day nursery), walking everywhere and gardening at home.
I was also shocked at the little snacks I wouldn't normally think twice about, that I have replaced with water and not missed.
It is getting a bit frustrating seeing everyone else lose weight on MFP and mine is stubbornly sticking, perhaps I need more accurate scales.

omletta · 22/07/2012 07:06

Apparently MFP is down for maintenance! Do you think we have broken it?

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 07:09

It must have just gone down, I was on it at 6.30am no problems, but it's down just now.

omletta · 22/07/2012 07:13

Yes, I went on just now to do a confession for yesterday and 'ping' it went down - I think it wa overwhelmed by he amount of wine one person (me) consumed in one day!

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 07:19

How much? Come on, spillGrin

omletta · 22/07/2012 07:26

Too much, far too much.

Calories aside I have real problem with drinking as it makes me wake up really early, which means I don't recover very quickly. We have to set off for Surrey (2 hours) away for my nieces christening (DH I'd driving, not me) in a couple of hours and I wold love some more sleep before another boozy day

Did you say before that ou don't drink InMy? If so you are very wise. I didn't much when DC were younger, but have been making up for it since!

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 07:49

I drink, not much though, usually 1/2 a bottle of white wine and a bottle of real ale in a week.
My kryptonite is cake, I could eat cake all day, I've had to go cold turkey on it.

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 07:51

(although if you MFP-stalk me you'll see this week was quite a drinky one - 3 pints of beer at an end of term party, 2 small glasses of wine at a work BBQ yesterday and the usual half a bottle on date night)

omletta · 22/07/2012 07:58

I love cake too, so so much.

Isn't it fascinating looking at others food diaries? People seem to eat such interesting stuff. Sometimes I just enter my calories because I am too ashamed of what I have eaten/drunk.

InMySpareTime · 22/07/2012 08:04

The American units are a bit confusing, I'm not sure what a 12oz beer is in real moneyConfused, and I seem to confuse it by not really eating many barcoded foods.

omletta · 22/07/2012 08:28

12oz is just over half a pint, so pint of beer is going to be about 20oz I recon.

hugandroll · 22/07/2012 08:33

Can I please join you all, I have no mfp friends yet and having some will help me for sure. I started on Friday and have loads of weight to lose.

norahjonesisnotmyname · 22/07/2012 08:46

hugandroll, what is your username? Anyone can add me too, I've also just started this week, username is norahjonesisnotmyname.

hugandroll · 22/07/2012 08:47

I got as far as sleepysquirrel and couldn't add anymore. Does anyone mind adding me, same name as on here

hugandroll · 22/07/2012 09:15

I don't think I've missed anyOne, I'm trying to lose baby weight from my nearly 12 week old but tablets I'm on can increase your weight so I'm going to have to try very hard. Harder than I have been really.
