I havent done fitnesspal but I have done both SW and WW.....in 1995 I lost 4 stone on SW which stayed off till I had my DS when I put a stone of that back on which I then lost with WW.

From a social point of view I have always found WW more effective and easy to stick to but for me its the idea of getting on the scales in front of other people that used to drive me not to cheat and to keep focused.

With both SW and WW once you get to target you can go to the weigh ins and meetings for free, may be worth considering if you can lose the weight but then it all goes tits up - maintanance is often harder than losing.

Snack wise I tend to have rice cakes, some fruit or a handful of nuts and drink plenty of fluids to keep that full feeling. If you do lots of exercise protein shakes are also a good filling snack too.

my fitness pal because keeping tabs on what you eat works long term. I'd recommend cutting out snacks completely.

Myfitnesspal but you've got to tell the truth and your heads got to be in the right place
