Fat free is fine and not limited but I tend just to have with breakfast. Oat bran also available in morrisons and tesco is clear plastic bags, Cheshire co that makes it is Mornflake and it's cheaper if you can get it in bags not tubes, tesco one is own brand I think. I eat lots of eggs, wafer thin cooked meats I find my appetite massively reduces when I've been in it for a few days, good luck x

Thanks for replying.

Wentworth, do you mix the 2 yogurts to get a better flavour? Fruit yogurts aren't allowed are they. I love lemon yogs so will be on the search for them.

so diet drinks-just 1 a day do you think?

will check waitrose tomorrow for the oat bran.

cbchester-i don't like eggs.....or fish :/ never ate eggs as a baby!! Will try an omlette though as it doesn't taste as eggy apparently? Do you add anything to the pan for greasing?

will have a look for the thread and join, thank-you. :)
