I have just joined FF and here is my plan: no crap, no snacks, 1040 cals per day. I will eat more when I exercise. I should be down to 9st 9lbs by October 21st.
I am currently 11 st 9lbs (5 ft 4). The biggest I have ever been
. My legs are rubbing together. Not good.
However, onwards and upwards.
i am planning porridge for breakfast, salad for lunch, normal dinner but half plate veg. Fruit for snacks.
Anyone with me?
