DH has protein shake every morning at desk.

A bit boring but tub cottage cheese and tin tuna is my high protein work lunch.

Not sure a drizzle of honey will cut it on a low carb diet.

I make low carb muffins for quick breakfasts. Cheese, nuts, seeds, cooked meats, leftovers.

Interesting that dr briffa suggests using a high carb sweetener in what is supposed to be a low carb diet. Yoghurt & berries already contain carbs. You can make muffins using ground almonds or ricotta & egg or like a crust less quiche.

Briffa is going for a paleo diet, that's why. Honey was available to our ancestors. He does say not to eat it while you are losing weight - it's ok in moderation when you are maintaining.

Total Greek yoghurt, full-fat, with or without berries.

Frittata? Sometimes I make a large one and eat it over a few days
Cooked crispy bacon and boiled eggs
Cold roast xhicken
