I'm trying to lose a bit of weight off my gut by walking more, doing a fab DVD 3-4 times a week and eating fewer carbs, especially in the evening. Overall, it's working well but I find that some days I look and feel trimmer than others. Today, I feel that my gut is really quite flat, yet last night I went out for a 3 course dinner and quite a bit of wine! I didn't do my usual hour-long walk yesterday or today and yet it doesn't seem to show. Yet at a time when I'm really watching what I eat and keeping to my exercise plan, I feel like I haven't lost any weight at all.
Anyone experience similar? I'm sure there's a reason for it but it all feels quite random!
