Hi can anyone help me with ideas on what to eat while out and about?
I am fine at home and find it easy to plan meals using free foods and if I go out to eat (and sit in a restaurant for a meal) I am picking the right things (I think) off the menu and using a few syns if needed.
Where I am struggling is those occasions when you are out and about as I often am with DS during the week and am not necessarily in the mood or dont have the time to go in somewhere & sit down to eat but need to grab something quick.
In the past I would have picked up a sandwich from boots or something similar but they are very high in syns. Can anyone give me any ideas on on the go lunches?

Thanks I feel like that's my only choice too sometimes but I don't want to eat that every day!

When I was doing slimming world I would buy the noodle salad with prawns from Boots or drop into Wetherspoons and have their sweet chilli noodles without chicken as these were both low on green days.
Or buy a few pieces of fruit from the market?
