Bingo Wings!

as an older lady I have developed bingo wings - I'm not massively overweight but am at the top end of the range considered to be "healthy". I've just re-started back at the gym and am eating fairly healthily most of the time. I'd like to shape a bit more for my wedding (8 weeks and counting!) and could do with hearing some success stories regarding bingo wings and loss (lessening) of. Mine are currently like hamhocks!

Ask at the gym for advice. You need to work your triceps to reduce your 'bingo' wings, and they are best placed to help you with this.
I've got to say, mine are still a 'work in progress', that it is one of the 3 places on my body where I still have a little bit of loose skin.

tricep dips are on my list (sooooooooo hard!), it's not so much the skin it's the loose fat I'm hoping to get rid of Grin

You can't 'spot reduce' fat though. You can only lose fat from all over your body, then improve the tone by building the muscle in that area.

yes! reducing fat all over is the aim but I'd like to know that my bingo wings will get smaller too ...
