Unlucky for some!

Come and put yourselves on the Spreadsheet of Marvellousness for all to see

Managed to shift a bit of my holiday weight last week but am seriously stressed due to finishing one job and starting another and, although I'm resisting carbs I'm not eating properly or drinking enough water.

Hopefully the stress will pass and I'll be back on the straight and narrow soon.

FiddleDeFat · 10/07/2012 22:00

Spreadsheet is now updated:

Biggest Loser of the Week: Finbar with 4lb loss. Great first week!
Biggest Total Loser: my DH with 31lbs
Biggest Total Percentage Loser: WiggleWaggledagger who reclaims the throne with with 13.3% of bodyweight lost.

I think a lot of us are struggling at the moment as we've only lost 8lbs between us all (last week it was 48lb), with an average of only 0.2lb. Onwards and downwards for next week though. Smile

Are we running out of steam?!

Well done to all the loosers x

Poppylovescheese · 11/07/2012 13:22

Can I join please? Started low-carbing 2 weeks ago at 70.4kg (154lbs) and after a rocky start am 68.5kg (150lbs) with a target weight of 55kg (121lbs). Have just printed out the bootcamp rules and will be sticking to them!

Finbar · 11/07/2012 13:22

O...M..G! am delighted -cheers you keepers of the spreadsheet . I had a momentary lapse last nightwhen teh Choclate Tasting Club order turned up... but am here now eating my avocdo, coleslaw and prawns lunch.

WillieWaggledagger · 11/07/2012 16:01

Erm that's a bit embarrassing fiddle since I GAINED this week Grin

FiddleDeFat · 11/07/2012 16:27

Yes, but last week's winner gained even more than you! Grin

With a couple of exceptions I dont think anyone has covered themselves in glory this week. And definitely not me - I didn't dare weigh myself. Which is probably just as well as the whole spreadsheet would be in the negative otherwise. I think BIWI needs a bigger and pointier stick!

CobOnTheCorn · 12/07/2012 21:05

Sorry, I keep forgetting to update. I'm 4lbs down and very happy. Trying not to reward myself with chocolate this week. My next goal is to lose another half a stone. 7 little pounds can't be that tricky. Can they?

FiddleDeFat · 13/07/2012 00:00

You can reward yourself with being the joint Biggest Loser of the Week. Grin

BIWItheBold · 13/07/2012 08:19

I think we need to re-group and get ourselves a bit more galvanised - I'm wondering whether or not we should end week-by-week Bootcamp at the end of week 15, seeing as most people don't really seem to be following it anyway!

We could have a 'last two week' challenge, perhaps?

It might then be better, for all those who have joined recently, to start Bootcamp v2 afresh? And if Fiddledefat doesn't object, we could set up a second spreadsheet?

Then running alongside it we could just have a general low carb chat thread. I'm a little concerned that new people who join read all the chat from the rest of us who are a little very lax and then Bootcamp rules go to pot.

Whaddya all think?
