YouTube videos?
Sure someone mentioned a kettle bell DVD but I can't remember what it was called

Google Lauren Brooks or look up her videos on YouTube. Marianne Kane's myomytv.com is also great with loads of info, a beginners section and videos/routines to copy. I LOVE kettlebells! Have fun!

I have this

I love kettlebells (although I am new to it!). It doesn't always feel too hard, but afterwards, you really feel like you have worked out. I haven't made it through the whole program, yet but am getting fitter. I like to mix up the sets to get variety.
